How to proceed with a contract
Overview of our contract policy
The contract amount with us might be fairly expensive compared to other development companies. There is a reason for it, because we will exclusively provide the world’s first and Japan’s first product for you. You will be the only one company which can sell it ahead the rest of the world.
First finalize the conditions with each other and conclude the technology development contract.
1)During the course of one year or so, we develop your desired product. Please note that this is a prototype only at this point of time.
2) After one year, whether the contract is renewed or not depends on the agreement with both you and us.
3) According to the technology development contract above, monthly fixed payment for cooperation is charged. The amount to be charged is decided depending on the requirements to be developed, the difficulty of the development, and the mutual agreements.
The process for making a contract and the contract amount
The contract amount and the procedures for making a contract are processed as follows.
The flow for making a contract
- Receive an offer.
- Check the requirements, and inform the client of the result whether we accept or not.
- Discuss the development requirements and the costs.
- Conclude the contract.
- Start the development
- Report the progress status to the client.
- Have the client confirm our deliverable and make modifications.
- Manufacturer the first products.
- Start selling the product. (Royalty occurs.)
Costs
1.Fee for consignment of development
From JPY 300,000 per month
2.Duration of the consignment of development
A term of one year as a unit. From the second year onward, the contract is renewed if both of us agree.
3.Royalty
From five percentage of the shipment value for sale of the corresponding development product
